I’m sure that it was only a short matter of weeks ago that Celebrity Big Brother finished (ok, maybe it was a bit longer than that, but it certainly doesn’t feel like it!)

Apparently though, CBB is back on TV during the first week of January, and having seen some of the line up whispers, I certainly won’t be watching!

If there’s one scruffy little tramp who’s really got on my nerves this year it’s X Factor cokehead Frankie Cocozza, and if he’s going in the house, I’m switching straight off! The only good thing for him is that at least he’ll be used to having no hot water to wash in, as he looks as though he never washes at all!

When news that One Direction youngster Harry Styles and Xtra Factor presenter Caroline Flack were an item hit my ears, I have to admit that I was a little shocked.

Baby faced Harry is just 17, whilst Caroline is 32 and I just think it’s all a bit weird.

From what I’ve seen of Harry on tv, he comes across as a bit immature- which is perfectly fine at his age.

I really don’t understand what a 32 year old woman would want with a 17 year old boy though- how could any girlfriend cope with having to put up with that level of childishness?

Personally, I think they both need to find someone nearer their own age.

It started off with TOWIE, then came Made In Chelsea, then came the absolutely vile Geordie Shore and now we have… wait for it… Desperate Scousewives.

This so-called ‘reality’ TV trend has now seriously spiralled out of control, and when it comes to being the most cringe-worthy and desperate, the scousers have got it in the bag.

This programme really does show Liverpool at it’s worst. Never before have such a self-obsessed bunch of chavs graced my TV screen- and that really is saying something!!

E4 need to be ashamed of themselves for even screening this utter dross- let’s hope it doesn’t come back for a second series!

Is it just me, or is anyone else getting sick of the sight of the TOWIE lot?!

OK, I’ll admit that I used to quite enjoy watching the first and second series, although it’s just getting really boring now and it’s even more scripted and forced.

Ok, so Amy Childs and Mark Wright are doing really well for themselves now, but the rest of the cast are just complete and utter non-entities. This doesn’t stop them from lording it about on any opportunity though.

With a TOWIE Xmas special scheduled for air on itv2 next week, the irritation continues- PLEASE yet 2012 be the year that it all stops!!
